The secret is in the heat To get to the right temperature in a matter of seconds, we had to look at the filament’s thermal mass. We tweaked the tungsten halogen load and matched it with a specific voltage so the lamp hits full infrared emission almost instantly. Because we packed in more wattage per millimeter, the preform just drinks up the heat. It’s a much faster ramp-up. For you, that means less time staring at a machine that’s still warming up and more time actually producing. No fuss, just fit We use a special short-wave infrared coating on the quartz glass. Instead of wasting energy heating up the oven walls, the heat goes exactly where it needs to—straight into the PET material. And don’t worry about the install. Whether you’re using R7s or Sk15 connectors, these are drop-in replacements. You just wire them up to your existing chassis and you’re good to go. No modifications, no headaches. A quick word of caution Now, pushing this much heat density does come with a trade-off. Running these lamps at full tilt puts a lot of pressure on the quartz seals. If your cooling fans are clogged or just aren’t powerful enough, the ends of the lamps will burn out way too soon. Keep that airflow moving. It’s the only way to stop your connectors from overheating. We built these to handle the constant shake and vibration of a rotary machine, focusing on raw power and instant response.
