Technical Deep-Dive
Inside, it’s all about a high-density halogen element, tucked inside a tough quartz tube. It heats up fast and stays steady, even when it’s cycling on and off all day. These are industrial-grade, through and through. You get serious wattage packed into a small space—just the kind of heat you need to get PET preforms up to temperature. And the size is spot-on, so it slips right into the reflector and socket. No shims. No fuss.
Material and Design
The quartz tube is built to take the shock of constant heating and cooling. The halogen fill inside keeps the output stable, so the lamp doesn’t fade on you over time. We also added a reflective coating on the outside to push the heat forward where it’s needed. That means more energy hits the preform, and less gets wasted heating up the machine frame. As for the connection, it’s designed to be a direct fit. Whether your machine uses an R7s, Sk15, or another standard industrial socket, this lamp plugs right in. You wire it up, and you’re running. No recalibration needed.
Application and Benefits
